The word Schranne derives from an old version of stalls that form a market place, it’s held weekly, every Thursday, at Mirabellplatz in the heart of Salzburg city.

St Andrew’s church with stalls.
Farm products, fresh fruit and legumes, flowers, herbs and bakery stuff, all the goodies!
Walking right through.
St Andrew’s from the other side of the road, since we’re already at Mirabellplatz we have a go at the gardens as well.
Garden hits a bit the wrong way, this is pomp and splendor.
The company that maintains this park must be rich.
