Long Hilly

The Round Hill Road leads to a gold mining field that a group of chinese settlers worked on. They built dams and races to wash every tiny shard of gold out of the stones. About 150 years later, today the native forest has regrown and a 2,5 hours walk shows you around, boards telling all about the people, their tools, their problems and their findings. A good walk after the morning’s fossicking.
