What was up today? Usual workout, nice drawings from the girls, some Maori birthday song sung by Anna, a big Black Forest Cake (Schwarzwälderkirschtorte)(the best I’ve had despite being baked in a simple pan) and a quite unusual new appearance by Emsi who decided it was time for a change. But see for yourself :)
Anna, after dinner: “I’m so hungry for the cake right now!”
Yeah, I’m the best choice when it comes to a new haircut :)

And the kids found out that “shocking” has nothing to do with chocolate (well, in German the resemblance of these words is more obvious).

Als erstes auch hier nochmals: Alles, alles Liebe und Gute zu deinem Geburtstag, Emsi!! Hoffe ihr habt ihn ordentlich gefeiert!
Die Torte sieht ja wirklich total lecker aus :-) Somit hattet ihr im entfernten NZ ein wenig Heimat :-)
Und die Geburtstags-Überraschung ist dir echt gelungen! Emsi werden die Haare abrasiert… Sieht gewöhnungsbedürftig aus aber passt dir meiner Meinung nach gut! :-)
