Summer Holidays 2019: Ferryday

And this was it! 15 days on the road with the kids. Cheers to our neigbours who were were watering our garden and taking care of the sheep and chooks. Good to be back home :)

Through the dark staircase you must go to find the observation deck on level 10.

Leaving the Wellington Harbour and Fitzroy Bay.

Meanwhile, under deck. Two media junkies, one actually reads a book.
In the Marlborough Sounds.
No way to get a picture without people. Also it would be a bit boring.
Leaving the nice and windy ferry for 35 °C in Picton.
Lunch at Havelock’s Mussel Pot, this one’s steamed mussels with coconut cream, coriander, ginger and chili.
And fried mussels with lettuce and fries. Will be home by the evening.
