A Weekend in Auckland: Day 2

A long day with a few appointments and an afternoon drive to Hamilton where we’ll spend the night.

Auckland Morning, very early birds flying for a city walk.
From the hotel down to the waterfront, the colourful scenery of still closed shopping temples lights up the dark.
And then there’s a whim of light on the horizon.
Morning has broken!
A few crazy building installations …
and then we reach the harbour. A few construction sites are scattered randomly over the city, and a major ship is anchoring right at the main dock.
Neon delights at Queen’s Wharf.
The wharf, still very quiet.
Much more light already 30 min later on our way back.
City vibes.
Hotel underpass.
And from our balcony.
Couldn’t decide which sun was more beautiful, so you got both! Have a nice autumny day!
