Last week has been all grey and rainy, especially in the nightly hours which brought up a slight camping feeling (in the merely insulated houses with thin roofs every drop can be heard). Today we gave in an bought two pairs of waterproof boots for the girls: pinky stylish almost knee high lady boots for Anna and powerful All Blacks boots for Verena at a big warehouse clearance :)
While the kids are at school, though, I’m exploring the beaches on my own amd do my share on “keep Motueka beautiful” by picking some washed up cans and stuff with me to the next trash bin. A fireworks debris I found was dated 1990 … Auckland. Quite a long way from there.
